Deep Cleaning: Removing the outer housing to vacuum and brush out packed lint, dust, and thread bits from the feed dogs, bobbin assembly, and thread cutters.
Lubrication: Applying fresh, specialized sewing machine oil and grease to internal gears, shafts, and moving pivot points.
Timing & Tension Adjustments: Calibrating the hook-to-needle timing, adjusting upper and lower thread tensions, and aligning the feed dog height.
Inspection & Minor Repairs: Checking electronic components, motor belt tension, and smoothing out rough burrs on the needle plate or hook.
Test Sewing: Running a multi-stitch test on scrap fabric to confirm balanced stitch formation and smooth operation before returning the machine.

Our services
Clean & Service – This is your standard “Tune-Up” where the machine is cleaned internally and re-lubricated so that it runs smoothly. Minor adjustments can be made during the tune-up to facilitate a smooth operating machine.
Repair – When the standard “Tune-Up” isn’t enough or something in particular has failed within your machine it is time to repair it. This could include major adjustments due to accident or inquisitive helpers.
Domestic Comuterrized Machine Clean & Service - $140
Machines typically controlled by some form of electronics.
Domestic Serger Clean and Service - $150
Repairing of a machine by the hour, this generally requires a cleaning and servicing in addition to the work.
Repair Work (by the hour) - $60
Vintage and more modern machines that do not utilize electronics.
